I'm gearing up for an exercise routine to get myself back in shape after my illness. Walking is the best exercise, and walking up stairs is excellent exercise. Hi Susan! -- I'm so happy you enjoyed this video - I found it really inspiring, too! My goal for 2010 is to increase my exercise by at least 30% daily. I usually about 7 hours weekly (counting yoga, walking and cardio class) - so I am challenging myself to at least 10 hours weekly, or more.

Susan, I'd love to walk with you! Walking is (in my mind) the perfect exercise and it comes with the added benefit of the fact that it can be a social activity, too.
